FOR STUDENT REGISTRATION:
You will need to bring the following information when
registering your child:
1. Birth Certificate or passport (birth date must
be on or before 8.31.03).
2. Proof of residence (power or water bill,
property tax statement, or rental
agreement – your name needs to be on whatever form of
proof you choose).
3. Driver’s license.
4. Immunization information (child must meet
Washington state immunization requirements before the
child is admitted to class).
5. Names and phone numbers for emergency contacts
(including daycare information).
