Kindergarten Information
FOR STUDENT REGISTRATION:
You will need to bring the following six pieces of
information when registering your child. (Before we
can give you a registration packet, we have to have items
1- 4 brought into us).
1. Birth certificate or passport (birth date must be
on or before 8.31.07 if registering for kindergarten for the
2012-2013 school year).
2. Residence verification: current energy bill (must
be a gas, water, or electric bill less than 30 days old and
must include the parent/guardian name and address).
3. Residence verification: purchase papers for the
home, or a property tax statement, or an original lease
agreement (if you are renting/leasing your residence in
which all utilities are included in the rent, you must
provide the rental agreement on property management
letterhead only), or a notarized affidavit of residence with
a landlord or sponsor (form provided by the school) where
the person signing this document must also provide proof of
residency as outlined above.
4. Driver’s license.
5. Immunization information (child must meet
Washington state immunization requirements before the child
is admitted to class).
6. Names and phone numbers for emergency contacts
(including daycare information).
