Dinner Table Talking Points
1. What is for school lunch tomorrow? (Sloppy Joes and Potato Smiles, Fish Nuggets and Potato Smiles, yogurt, or potato)
2. International Music Club meets on Wednesday's after school gets out! Get ready to sing, stomp your feet, drum, and dance with Miss Morgan!
3. Kid mail comes home on Friday. Check your child's backpack for notes each Friday afternoon. Thanks.
4. Student Planners: Thank you for taking the time to check and sign your child's planner each evening after their homework is done! Planners help with organization, and help prepare the students for middle school.
5. Running Club meets tomorrow night, from 3:00-3:45, in the upper playfield. Look for Ms. Hayes and Ms. Van Heuven after school, and get ready to run!
6. Briarwood Banking is on Thursdays now! Look in the backpack tomorrow for information of this cool program!
7. Fridays are jersey days in Room 206!
8. We have had a "rash" of no name papers, and people forgetting to turn in their assignments in the morning. I shared with the class that I was done tracking these people down. If work isn't turned in on time, students will need to do a little "stop and go" penalty (NASCAR term) at recess to help remind them to turn in their work!
